How long has your company been in business?
Although Pinky's has been in the Lincoln area cleaning service business for only a short period of time, our experience has recently reached past the 25 year mark. Originally started in Mexico in the professional office environment, Pinky's is now bringing the same professional quality cleaning service into the Lincoln area residential and small business/office market.
What types of structures to you clean?
Pinky's cleans homes and small businesses/offices.
"Home" is where you rest your head. So when we say "homes" that covers houses big and small, apartments, condos, townhouses, and duplexes.
Small businesses / offices include: medical offices, law offices, financial offices, and most small businesses.
Do I need to be there while Pinky's is cleaning my home or office?
No. Generally, when Pinky's cleans a home or small business there are no people present. Arrangements have been made in advance in order that we will have entry to the home either with a key, garage codes, or alarm codes that we can disarm upon arrival and arm upon leaving. The same holds true for offices and small businesses.
There are also times when the homeowner and/or family members are present during a scheduled cleaning. The cleaning still gets done.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts with Pinky's. We are flexible and will customize a cleaning plan for your specific needs and budget. Whether it's a scheduled weekly cleaning (most popular), bi-weekly, monthly, or just a one-time cleaning, Pinky's will be there for you. We tailor our services to the specific needs of our customers.
What types of cleaning products does Pinky's use?
Pinky's proudly uses eco-friendly "green" cleaning products. They work great and are safe for the environment, the homeowners/business owners, and our employees. (We do have other cleaning chemicals and products available if needed).
Besides providing clean homes and tidy professional business environments, Pinky's creates a healthy environment for our customers. The products and equipment we use help to eliminate germs, mold, fungi, bacteria, viruses, and numerous environmental allergens. It creates a healthier environment for everyone, but is especially important for children and the elderly.
Do I need to supply the cleaning products?
It's your choice.
Pinky's uses eco-friendly "green" cleaning products and that's our preferred choice for all the right reasons. But ... some of our customers like us to use specific cleaning products that the homeowner/business owner supplies for us to use. We're happy to comply to our customers wishes.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes and yes. Your home is your castle and most people's largest asset. Pinky's understands this and takes that responsibility very serious and will not neglect protecting everything and everyone involved.
"Accidents" are ... well, accidents. As accidents and unfortunate mishaps do happen from time to time, Pinky's would politely and respectfully pose the question to anyone who values their home and it's contents, "Why would you hire someone who is NOT bonded and insured"? It's just common sense peace of mind for the unfortunate what if's ...
Does Pinky's guarantee their work?
Absolutely. Nothing is more important to Pinky's than our customers being satisfied with our service. In fact, we work diligently and pride ourselves on exceeding our customers expectations. If you're not happy - we're not happy. One call and we'll be on site to remedy the situation until you're satisfied.
How much does it cost to have a home or office cleaned?
Although Pinky's does provide an online quote for residential or small office cleaning services, it's only a "ball-park" estimate and is not be considered a contract by either Pinky's or the potential customer. The only way to get an accurate estimate comes by having a meeting with a prospective customer to find out what their specific needs are related to their specific home or office. We custom tailor packages to each customers needs and it's typically related to their budget as well.
What about your employees? Are they background checked?
Yes. You can rest assured our employees will have been background checked, trained, and will be covered under our bonded/insurance policy. Nothing is more important to Pinky's than our customers home or office. In addition, nothing is more important to Pinky's than our name and reputation. All of these things will not be compromised.
